For the most part no. We have easy access to most photos within the last 18 months. Email or call us for ordering directions. Anything beyond that you need to email.

I ordered online but I still have not received my order. When should I expect my order?
If you ordered after the sale has been performed we usually allow three weeks for delivery to your home. If you ordered online using a password instead of sending in your order to the school, then you will receive your order when we deliver all the orders (both on line and traditional orders) to the school usually a couple weeks after the order deadline provided by the school.

I lost my Student's proof and now cannot order online without the password. Can you give me my Student's password?
Sorry, no. We cannot divulge passwords out over the phone or by email. If you have misplaced your proof and would still like to order, please tell us your Student's name, School, Teacher and a short description of what they were wearing on picture day in the contact form and we will email the password to the school and they can supply it to you.
